Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
• Open to Freshers
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Amenable to a shifting schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about FinTech products or services.
• Process transactions and account-related requests efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain professional communication while supporting clients through various channels.
• Learn and apply FinTech tools, policies, and procedures during daily operations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service and a smooth workflow.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: PHP 17,000 – PHP 21,000
