Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for our Airline Account, you will assist passengers with flight bookings, schedule changes, ticketing concerns, baggage inquiries, and general travel support. You will provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to airline services
• Assist customers with reservations, rebooking, cancellations, and upgrades
• Provide information on flight schedules, policies, and travel requirements
• Resolve concerns in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications

• At least 6 months BPO or call center experience
• College Graduate, 2nd Year College Undergraduate (minimum 4 semesters), or Senior High School Graduate
• Strong English communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including night shifts
• Experience in airline, travel, or hospitality accounts is a plus
