Typical responsibilities on an RCI account:
- Handling inbound calls / chats / emails
- Assisting customers with:
- Cruise reservations and bookings
- Changes or cancellations
- Payment and billing inquiries
- Cruise itineraries and schedules
- Onboard services and promotions
Up to 25,000 salary

Qualifications
- Must have at least 6 months and up BPO exp ( International Voice )
- Shifting sched / Weekend Off
- Open for SHS graduates, HS grad old curriculum
