Description
Responsible for assisting customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Greet customers and provide assistance
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Process transactions and maintain records
- Ensure the service area is clean and organized
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
