Descrição:
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality.
- Promote company policies and procedures.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is needed; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, effective communication, and active listening.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding products and services.
- Working Conditions: Call center environment, possibly requiring shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
