Technical Support Representative (TSR)

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative who will provide excellent technical assistance to customers by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related concerns. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails regarding technical issues
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems
• Guide customers through step-by-step technical solutions
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, tools, and systems

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or College Level/Graduate
• With or without BPO experience (experience is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of computers, mobile devices, or technical systems
• Good communication skills in English
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
