1.通过线上聊天工具（如在线客服、社交媒体、邮件等）解答用户账户操作等方面的问题；
2.及时处理客户投诉、异常反馈，提升客户满意度和留存率；
3.熟悉游戏行业或互联网行业，确保为客户提供准确、专业的答复；
4.协助运营、风控、技术等部门收集用户反馈，推动问题优化与改进；
5.定期整理客户问题和需求，形成数据报告，为业务优化和用户体验改进提供参考；
6.参与客服流程优化(SOP)，提升整体服务质量和响应效率。
1.大专及以上学历，具备良好的沟通能力与服务意识；
2.1年以上客服工作经验或熟练英语。
3.具备互联网在线客服工作经验者优先；
4.熟悉客服系统、办公软件，能同时处理多任务；
5.抗压能力强，能够适应轮班及节假日排班工作制度；
6.细心负责，有耐心，具备较强的团队合作精神。
