WORK ONSITE: ILOILO Business Park IloIlo City
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels.
Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- Active Listening: Understand customer needs with attentiveness and empathy to foster meaningful connections.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services to deliver accurate and effective support.
- Call Management: Handle inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring each interaction is efficient and positive.
- Documentation: Record customer interactions thoroughly and accurately within call tracking systems.
- Performance Goals: Consistently achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support service excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall operational performance.
