Customer Service Representative in Iloilo
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications:
- HS / SHS Graduate — with at least 1 year of BPO International Voice experience
- OR Completed 2 years in college — with at least 6 months of BPO International Voice experience
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
- Excellent problem-solving & analytical abilities
- Customer service–oriented and detail-focused
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions
- Assist customers with account or product-related concerns
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
- Identify issues, troubleshoot, and escalate when necessary
- Maintain service quality and meet performance metrics
Work Requirements:
- Willing to work onsite
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- Can start immediately!
