Customer Service Representative Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience during every interaction. This role handles inquiries through phone, chat, or email while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with company guidelines. The CSR works collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs and contributes to achieving team performance goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow standard procedures and quality guidelines
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all communications


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational Background

• At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate with minimum 1 year of BPO international voice experience

• OR completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months BPO international voice experience

• We also welcome fresh graduates or candidates with no prior BPO experience, provided they demonstrate strong communication skills


Skills & Competencies

• Strong English communication skills (B2 level)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Good customer service orientation

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Work Requirements

• Willing to work onsite

• Amenable to shifting schedules

• Can start immediately
