  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential evening and weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure.
