  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: at least HS grad or 2ND year college undergraduate.
  • Experience Level: at least 6 mos international bpo experience excluded of training and nesting
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
