Descrição:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
- Support process improvements and contribute to team goals.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required/ALS/COLLEGE UG
- Experience Level: AT LEAST 6 MOS BPO EXPERIENCE
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
