  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.

Requisito

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer complaint management.
  • Can consider: Cannot be lower than 1 year experience, with retention background
  • Compensation Package: 28,000
  • Morning shift on rotating schedule
  • Excellent communication skills
