- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide solutions to product or service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via phone, resolve inquiries, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, may require shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and able to handle stress effectively.
