  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional remote work opportunities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure.
