Job Requirements:
- bachelors degree in Business management or any course.
- Open for undergraduates
- Open for fresh graduate
- With at least 1 year customer service or BPO experience

- Willing to work onsite
Job descriptions
- In charge for handling customer calls and inquiries regarding with product and services of company.
- Responsible for proper documentation of inquires
- Realtime response to customer inquiries via email or other channel
- Remain professional and positive while engaging with customer
- Build a good relationship with customers or clients.
