We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Makati site for a local financial account. This is an onsite role ideal for candidates with financial BPO background who are looking to grow their careers in a stable and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and transactions for a financial account
• Provide accurate information and professional assistance
• Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Document all interactions according to company standards
• Achieve performance and quality metrics set by the team

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate (K-12)
• Minimum 6 months BPO financial account experience (local or international)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Amenable to work onsite in Makati
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts
