• Initiate contact with new and existing clients to introduce and promote services
• Close deals by negotiating terms that help clients save time in organizing their events
• Gain a thorough understanding of services available across Europe and Dubai
• Strengthen client relationships to encourage long-term partnerships and generate new leads through referrals

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English - both spoken and written
• Computer literate; typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Flexible to work on 12-hour shifts, with possible weekend and holiday schedules
• Proven experience in sales or customer support roles
