- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Assist customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0-2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
