- Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely solutions via phone, email, or chat.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and process improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, Customer Service, and Call Centre operations
- Skills and Competencies: Strong Interpersonal, Technical, and People Skills
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused
