Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years in Customer Complaint Management (Retention/Escalation) or in Sales (Hard Selling).
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and problem-solving attitude
