  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and technical issues in a timely manner.

  • Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues as necessary.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and ability to handle stressful situations.
