Descrição:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to healthcare services
  • Assist with insurance verification and prior authorization processes
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patients and healthcare providers
  • Document interactions and maintain compliance with data privacy standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution

Requisito

  • At least 6 months of healthcare-related BPO experience
  • Prior Authorization experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays (if required)
