- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Document interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in call center operations, strong customer service skills, effective scheduling abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork oriented, and basic account management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage schedules, and maintain accurate account records.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, potential shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, empathetic listener, adaptable, and proactive team player.
