- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.

- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: At least HS Graduate (OC)/SHS Graduate
- Experience Level: At least 6 months BPO experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, outstanding customer service skills, and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be empathetic, patient, and possess excellent communication skills.
