Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with scheduling and managing their accounts.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language; strong customer service skills; familiarity with Salesforce and account management.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively as a team player; high work ethic; financial literacy; technical skills.
