Logistics Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments and logistics concerns
• Handle customer inquiries related to booking, shipment status, delivery schedules, and documentation
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, warehouse, and port teams to ensure smooth shipment flow
• Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments and provide timely updates to customers
• Resolve customer issues, delays, and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Prepare, update, and maintain shipment records, reports, and customer files
• Ensure accuracy of documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, and shipment details
• Follow company SOPs, service standards, and safety policies
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and proactive communication

Qualifications

• College graduate or at least 2 years in college
• With at least 1–2 years experience in Customer Service, preferably in logistics, freight, or transport
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Knowledge of logistics processes, shipment tracking, and documentation is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required
