Job Role Summary:
- We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our Cebu site to support upcoming start dates on September 29 and October 6.
- This role involves delivering excellent customer service while handling billing-related concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Job Qualifications:
- Open to candidates with at least college-level education and excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years BPO experience
- Background in billing processes is required
- Willing to work on-site at either JDN Mandaue or 1Nito, Cebu
