  1. Provide Excellence support and assistance to Chinese-speaking clients.
  2. Handle inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Maintain professionalism in customer interactions.

Requisito

  1. Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written)
  2. Proficient in English communication
  3. With experience in Customer Service, Retail, E-commerce, or Logistics
  4. Must be customer-oriented and adaptable
  5. Willing to be deployed in Dubai, UAE
