Descrição:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers considering service cancellation or downgrades.
  • Proactively retain customers by offering solutions, promos, or plan upgrades.
  • Provide assistance with billing inquiries, plan changes, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Upsell or cross-sell AT&T products and services when appropriate.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions.
  • Achieve performance metrics including retention, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Requisito

  • Must have at least 1 year BPO experience in Sales, Retention, or Technical Support.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent customer handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules.
