Rockford Marketing Corporation is seeking a talented and driven Asst. Importation Secretary to join our team in our Tondo Manila City office. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


  • Customer service support - Answer incoming calls and messages via telephone, cellphone, viber and stores.
  • Prepare draft basic letters, memorandums, announcements/ advisories and incident reports for service department.
  • Filling draft documents of soft copies via google drive.
  • Input customer details through hub spot system and scheduling.

Requisito

  • At least 6 months of experience in Admin support, customer service, office work, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
