Descrição:

  • Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer complaints and questions.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.


  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
