- Assist customers via email and chat to resolve inquiries and provide support.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and promote company revenue.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least Senior High/High School Graduate
- Experience Level: 6 months in BPO With or Without experience in Sales, Telco, and Tech
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathy, patience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
