  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in customer service protocols.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work; regular customer interaction.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
