Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: Entry Level (No experience required).
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with call center operations.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal communication skills, patience, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
