Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to relevant departments.
  • Process requests.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Work with team members to achieve performance targets.


Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year voice account experience (required).
  • High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or Senior High Graduate.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with call center systems.
  • Ability to work onsite and follow shifting schedules.


Salary Package

  • ₱21,000 – ₱27,000 (Fixed)


Recruitment Process:

Can do virtual and onsite (9AM TO 5PM)

  • 2 interviews ( HRI and Final Interview (Panel)
  • Assessments ( SVAR & Mock call)
