  • Customer interaction: Answer and make a high volume of calls, respond to emails, and provide assistance via chat.
  • Problem-solving: Listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions to resolve complaints.
  • Information and sales: Provide accurate information about products and services, process orders and payments, and upsell when appropriate.
  • Record keeping: Document all call information, update customer records in a CRM system, and log sales and service data.

teamwork and communication: Collaborate with team members and other departments, and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.

  • Performance monitoring: Adhere to communication scripts and company guidelines, and work to meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Market research: Conduct occasional market research or gather customer feedback to report trends to management.
