We are seeking a Food Delivery Account Associate to support restaurant partners, riders, and customers on our food delivery platform. This entry-level role is open to fresh graduates and candidates with little to no experience who want to build a career in e-commerce, customer support, or account coordination. You will assist with onboarding restaurants, managing order issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with restaurant partners and delivery riders.
• Support onboarding of new restaurants, including menu setup and account activation.
• Monitor order flow, identify issues (delays, cancellations, missing items), and escalate when needed.
• Provide customer support through chat, email, or phone for order-related concerns.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and rider teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track account performance, order trends, and partner feedback.
• Help prepare basic reports and updates for internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or any related field (preferred but not required).
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food delivery platforms is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
