  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requisito

  • High school diploma or SHS Graduate
  • Communication Skills
  • preferably with 1-2 months Experience in BPO / Newbies are also welcome
