Descrição:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
- Assist in product knowledge and guide customers in usage.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in call center operations, sales pipeline management, and customer service principles. Strong command of the English language, along with effective problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential for variable hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong team player, adaptable, with excellent communication skills and resilience under pressure.
