• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for a financial account
• Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, and transaction support
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism in every interaction
• Follow compliance and data security standards

• Educational Qualifications: Must have at least a Senior High School or 2nd year college.
• Experience Level: 1 year of relevant experience in customer service in financial account.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
