We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team! This role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in sales, collections, financial accounts, or BPO. As a CSR, you will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience for one of our top financial services clients.

• At least 1 year of BPO experience in sales, collections, or financial accounts
• Completed at least 2 years in college (or a high school graduate with relevant experience)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to work onsite or hybrid depending on location/account

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls or handle outbound communications from customers
• Resolve product or service inquiries and complaints with professionalism
• Assist customers in payments, account updates, or collections (for financial accounts)
• Upsell or offer suitable financial products if applicable
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, and QA scores
