Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- Open for Undergraduates
- At least 1 year of work experience as Customer Service Representative in BPO industry
- Willing to work on site
- Amenable to work at shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails.
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Manage and resolve escalated issues by coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and service.
