Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient phone calls, emails, and appointment inquiries
• Support referral processing, pre-authorizations, and status updates
• Maintain and update patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Prepare, organize, and distribute medical reports

Job Requirements

• Accepting applicants who are HS graduates, college level, or college graduates

• No prior experience needed — having experience is simply an advantage

• Must possess good communication skills

• Onsite work setup located in McKinley, Taguig
