We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Insurance to join our team in Alabang, Muntinlupa. This is a hybrid role requiring strong customer service skills, ideally with experience in an insurance account.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Recommended to have a background in insurance, particularly life and retirement products.

Key Responsibilities

• Policy Inquiries: Answer inbound calls and emails regarding life insurance coverage, retirement plan balances, and policy terms.
• Transaction Processing: Assist customers with premium payments, beneficiary updates, fund transfers, and withdrawals.
• Claims Support: Provide initial guidance on the claims process for life insurance and retirement disbursements with high levels of empathy and detail.
• Technical Guidance: Help customers navigate online portals and mobile apps for self-service options.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to insurance regulations (e.g., HIPAA or state-specific guidelines) and internal quality standards.
• Documentation: Accurately log all interactions and updates in the CRM system to ensure continuity of service.

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3x Onsite, 2x Work From Home)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST
• Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
