Educational Attainment: High School Graduate or Higher

Requirements:

• With or Without BPO Experience
• Good Communication Skills (English)
• Amenable to work onsite
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Can handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to Telco services (mobile, internet, or billing concerns)
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries or complaints
• Update and maintain customer records in the system
• Ensure first-call resolution and meet performance metrics
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every customer interaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated with new products and policies

Salary Package: Up to ₱29,000 + Night Differential + Performance Incentives
