Descrição:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong background in the automotive industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of automotive products, services, and customer expectations. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales and service process.


  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in person
  • Provide product and service information tailored to the automotive industry (parts, maintenance, repair services, etc.)
  • Assist customers with order placement, status updates, warranty claims, and returns
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer needs
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Stay updated on automotive products, services, and industry trends
  • Process invoices, payments, and handle billing-related inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • College diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, service operations, or dealership processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in an automotive dealership, repair shop, or parts department
  • Familiarity with systems like Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or Mitchell1
  • Knowledge of inventory management and vehicle service scheduling
