Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing product/services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
- Promptly responding to customer queries via Phone call, Live Chat and/or Email
Qualifications:
- For College graduate, with or without experience
- For Senior High School or College Undergrad., with at least 6 months work experience as Customer Service Representative/Specialist
- Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Typing speed of 40 WPM
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
