  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the database.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High School or Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, capable of providing back office support, and possessing strong technical skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist in technical support.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-centric attitude.
